1What if I book my vacation and then have to cancel?
Don’t panic. Contact your travel agent. Your agent will contact the travel operator/supplier and work a resolution on your behalf.

3Can I upgrade my accommodations when I arrive at my destination?
Yes you can! Depending on availability, when you check in you can ask for and receive an upgrade, however you will be required to pay any difference in price.
4What happens if I miss my flight or I’m bounced?
If you miss your flight because you were late, contact your travel agent and they will attempt to rebook you for the next available flight, however you will be charged for the new flight. If you were bounced, simply speak with the supplier at the gate. They are responsible to rebook your flight and resolve the inconvenience to you.
5How long am I permitted to stay in the country?
Each country has it’s own rules and regulations regarding length of stay. Most countries allow a tourist to stay for a maximum of 90 days. Check with your travel agent prior to departure to avoid any surprises.
6I’ve only stayed at “Family-Friendly” resorts. What should I expect if I stay at an “Adults Only”?
Adults-Only resorts do not allow children. This means you won’t see children running around or splashing in the pool.
7What is included in my “All-Inclusive”?
An all-inclusive vacation includes your flight, accommodations, unlimited food, drinks, activities, and entertainment without any surprise costs. Upgrades and other options are available if you want at extra cost.
8How do I get in touch with my travel agent when I’m out of country?

The short answer is “no”. There are a very limited number of times when you might find a better price on something than we can provide, but even then, there are likely reasons why that price may be less than we quote you. Talk to us for more information.
